I believe “Customizing Menus“ is the best way to please everyone’s palate. Why limit yourself to a set menu? I will prepare just about anything the client wishes.


I will use the freshest possible ingredients found, hand picking and selecting only what I believe should be on my family’s table. My back yard is full of rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsley, sage, and peppermint, all used in the everyday preparations.

Using the garden I occasionally assemble table arrangements for beautiful centerpieces on elaborate buffet tables. My garden includes corkscrew willows, red dogwoods, holly, six types of spruces, lemon grass, bittersweet, and a variety of edible flowers...
